• Third Party IDP. You can login and place an order using third party IDP such as Facebook and Google. When Logging-in at this mode, we may receive and collect information about you, including your Third-Party Account profile information and your photo.

• Embedded tools and service may collect information for their own use and for improving their services. See Virtual Try On section for reviewing data collected by Virtooal.

Virtual Try On

​

Virtual Try On feature only meant to provide virtual view of selected frames (not all), on the customer face or/and typical model face. This acceptable standard feature, used to give the customer a clue on how the frame will look like on the customer faces, you may consider this as illustration, and it is not by any mean a reality accurate, nor hundred percent true size. We do highly recommend to carefully review the frame details (such as sizes) and not to depend on the Try On only.

All our frames went through image processing and adaptation to the virtual try on technology, and therefore it may have some inaccuracies comparing to the real frame.

Our Virtual Try On feature technology, is based on Virtooal service, provided by CamCom independent partner. It is hosted and operated by CamCom only, and embedded AS IS at Perfect eSight. Review Virtooal Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy for more information.

 

Virtooal may collect information from your interactions with the Virtual Try On feature, such as (i) browser type (ii) Referring site (iii) The date and time of each visitor request (iv) potentially personally identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses.

Facial images may be considered of biometric nature, but Perfect eSight and Virtooal do not collect any data may considered of a biometric nature from any uploaded images and does not use uploaded images for personal identification purposes.

Virtual Try On feature offers a Snapshot (facial image) feature, where you can take an image or upload an image of your face, so to switch and try different frames. These images are stored at Virtooal side for your own use only. You may delete this Snapshot and it shall be deleted from Virtooal instantly.

 

Perfect eSight and CamCom will not share, sell, rent, or trade any collected data with third parties for commercial purposes. At some cases, and under CamCom Privacy Policy, a limited access of such data may be shared with CamCom third party vendors for processing and improving Virtooal service.

Any data collected by Virtooal are protected and secured by CamCom and under this Privacy Policy.

If any of the above is not accepted by you, you may not use the Virtual Try On feature, and find your best frame browsing the frame images and frame various information we provide.

Request an Action on Collected Personal Information

You can contact us at support@perfect-esight.com to get, update or delete any personal information we collected from you. By Deletion request, we permanently delete all your information we collected.
